5 Steps for next year's best

In recent weeks I have spoken with dozens of small business owners and solo settings. Each is the kind of small business owners we work with - people, passion, ideas, knowledge and experience in business and to give help to others. Each of these people are smart, dedicated and good at what they do. And they all face a daily struggle to win customers and earn money.
